Requirements:
A refurbishment project, Roebuck House required glazed balcony balustrade to residential dwellings, as well as structural steel to a new mezzanine level and stairs to a new penthouse.

The penthouse incorporated eliptical stairs and glazed canopies.

These works involved the manufacture and installation of made-to-order balcony balustrades to 120 apartments over 15 floors.
